Adapt Phase I is the first e-book of our three phase Adapt Training Series. If you want to increase strength, enhance flexibility, improve balance, and reduce risk of injury, begin your journey here. Whether this is your first foray into strength training or you have been working out for decades this training plan can be adapted to any level by decreasing or increasing the resistance and/or selecting an easier or more difficult exercise variation. The exercises were chosen so that workouts can either be completed at home with minimal equipment or in a fully equipped gym. A video with form cues is provided for each exercise to demonstrate proper technique.

Adapt Phase I is a structured four week training plan with 2 one hour full body resistance training workouts per week.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
A few pairs of fixed dumbbells or a pair of adjustable dumbbells
A resistance tube kit or access to typical gym equipment
A step platform or sturdy step stool (or improvise on a stair)
Mini bands 12x2
